For dispensing solder paste and adhesives in the Pick & Place process DIMA offers an exclusive multi-solution!
The dispensing will be execute by an Archimedes screw valve. The Archimedes screw valve has the big advantage compared to the time pressure valve that the dots will be very accurate. A time pressure valve delivers misshapen dot when the volume in the syringe will change. The dot size maintain the shape over the whole syringe by the electronic controlled Archimedes screw.
Besides dispensing glue and solder paste DIMA can offer other disciplines within the same process. Potting, gasketing, filling, coating etc.
