Prototyping, zero series and small volumes production of SMT PCB's has other requirements to than automated productions. Flexibility, Ease in operation and availability of accessories is important in this area of production. The FL-200 is the key product in this line and point out the location where components have to be placed while components are automatically offered at the Pick position. DIMA can deliver turnkey solutions including process knowledge for this type of manufacturing.
Depending the customers requirements the Advanced Proto Line has different modules. If the through put or the application expand in the future, the complete line can be enhanced with further modules.
